At Pooky Lighting, we want you to be completely illuminated by your purchase; if a piece isn't quite right for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original internal packaging and outer box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
